When an appointment is booked at Belle Voir you are agreeing to our strict cancellation policy.

We require 48 hours notice for a cancellation, late cancellations will be charged 50% and 100% for a no show - the same rule applies to all.

If no payment is made, this charge will need to be paid before your next appointment.

Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.

If you cancel repeatedly future appointment requests will not be accepted.

We understand things come up however we have our policy in place to protect the business.


In order for you to receive a high quality service, we ask that you arrive on time so your appointment isn't rushed.

Anything over 15 minutes late may be subject to your appointment being cut short or cancellation.

You will always receive a text message and email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

If you no longer require certain treatments you are booked in for please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled appointment so that we can adjust your booking, please note the charge will still apply if failure to do so.


With the salon becoming busier we cannot accommodate guests or children in the salon.

Due to the nature of our business, we work with a lot of chemicals and sharp tools.

We understand it can be a little difficult to find childcare, however our insurance policy does not cover us for children on the premises.


We do not infill another artists work.

If you have existing gel / builder gel not applied by ourselves you will need to book in for a soak off before hand.

Please note we do not remove acrylic nails due to not knowing what products have been previously used.

Infills are recommended every 2 - 3 weeks, anything over may require a removal at an additional cost.


All eyelash and eyebrow services require a patch test which is to be carried out no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

This is to ensure no adverse reactions occur which is an insurance requirement.

If you require a patch test and you do not attend the salon before hand, your treatment will not be carried out and you will still be charged.

Please remember to book your patch test appointments in when needed.


Belle Voir gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the month of purchase, any expired vouchers will not be extended.

Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift vouchers must be presented for validation on arrival.

All bookings using a gift voucher will be subject to our normal booking policy.

Gift vouchers will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show.

We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.

Any unused values will not be refunded after the expiry date.
