BELLE VOIR POLICY

  •  In order for you to receive a high quality service, I ask that you be on time so your appointment isn't rushed. 

    Anything over

    10-15 minutes 

    late may be subject to your appointment being cut short or cancellation, the charge for the original booking will still apply.

  • All bookings must be confirmed via Fresha, any unconfirmed bookings will be cancelled.


  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give no later than

    48 

    hours 

    to cancel your appointment, failure to do so will result in a

    50% 

    charge for late cancellation or

    100% 

    charge for no show.

  •  If no payment is made, this charge will need to be paid before your next appointment. Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • Eyelash and eyebrow treatments require a patch test which is to be carried out to ensure no adverse reactions occur which is an insurance requirement.

    If you require a patch test and you do not attend the salon prior to your scheduled appointment, your treatment will not be carried out and you will still be charged.

  • All new nails clients will be required to pay a one off

    £2 

    fee for a nail file and buffer for your safety due to new rules.

  • We are unable to infill any existing lash extensions / nail extensions / gel nails which have been completed by another technician, a

     soak off will be required before attending the salon prior to your future appointment.

  • Expired 

    gift vouchers will NOT be extended or accepted, they’re valid for six months which leaves you with plenty of time to get yourself booked in.
